What were you trying to do?
move a window or iconify a window.
What's wrong:
can't get top off window because it gets hidden behind the noew menu that appears at the top of the screen
What should have happened:
probably easiest fix is to have windows move up ( appear on top) of
menu when you catch the borders with the mouse.
