Hello.
I assume from the bug-report below that you were having trouble
moving or iconifying a window while using MWM, because the title-bars on
the windows got hidden behind DASH's menu-bar.
There is a problem with the way MWM views DASH. MWM is unable
to raise windows over the top of the DASH menu-bar. For this reason, we
added an option to DASH so that you could push the menu-bar to the
bottom of the stack, behind all your other windows. Click the
mouse-button on the "Dash" menu (the first menu, on the left-hand side
of the menu-bar), and drag the mouse down to the "Lower menu bar"
option. Click on that (or release the mouse-button, if you've held it
down the whole time) and the menu-bar will be pushed behind all the
other windows. Now you should be able to manipulate your other windows
with MWM's window decorations.
The other thing you may wish to do is to make sure all your
windows are moved slightly down on the screen, so that their title-bars
won't get obscured by DASH.
I hope this helps. If I've misunderstood your problem, please
feel free to submit another bug-report.
Thanks,
Chris VanHaren
