The document you cite in OLH currently is unavailable, as it is being
revised by the documentation staff. The support status of C++, in my
understanding, is questionable.
Until some consensus about its status can be reached, I don't know if
it's appropriate to put it under the "Supported Languages" category in
dash. I could probably be convinced that it should be put in the
"Unsupported Languages" category in the meanwhile.
