I have LPROPT set to -z -h
which is usually fine, since I'm close to the printer.
However, if I send something to Linus, I want a header page. There's no
flag to explicitly override the -h
-J will override and I suspect -C will also, but that's not quite what I
want to do. I don't want to have to change or determine the
classification of job name.
