Well, the manual page claims that deroff is not a complete troff
interpreter and that the user should expect it to lose sometimes, in
subtle ways. (Yeah, I know: so what else is new?)

Do you know of a better manual page for this (i.e., how did you learn
about -p, -k, ...? -m? seems obvious to me, though ... )
