What were you trying to do?
Get a return-receipt for mail sent to Athena.
What's wrong:
The 'pop' mailer doesn't have the 'l' (local) flag turned on.

What should have happened:
The pop mailer definition line should be:
Mpop, P=/usr/new/mh/lib/spop, F=lnsmFDM, S=10, R=20, A=pop $u
