Web,

You're a consultant, you should already know and follow what I am
about to tell you.

When you file a bug report, the more information you provide about
the bug report, the easier it is for us to do something with it. That
is why we recommend that you use "sendbug" or its emacs-lisp
counterpart (available in my elisp directory). The sendbug program
will force you to provide a minimum amount of information, which you
did *not* provide in your two recent (January 20) bug reports about
olcr.

You didn't mention which version of olcr you were using. You didn't
mention what kind of workstation you were using. You didn't mention
what workstation release you were using.

Please try to be a bit more accurate in your bug reports in the
future.
