I was in my RMAIL buffer in emacs and hit g to get new mail.
Suddenly, my console window popped up with "Out of buffer space"
repeated ad infinitum (no indication of *WHO* was out of buffer space)
and my login xterm was flooded with spurious pseudo-x-cut-and-paste
stuff from its scrollbar buffer. It was an amusing collection of
snippets, not from any one particular place in the scrollbar buffer.
Running "unlog" in another window restored normal operation.
This was on gevalt (VS3100) running 7.1C
