What were you trying to do?
Determine all files that are locked in an RCS directory by me:
The man page implies that it can be done. (see below). I have
tried:

All of them give all locked files, and not those locked by
me.
What should have happened:
I should have been able to geneate a list of files locked by
myself and not others.
You didn't read the man page carefully enough. The man page does not
say that "-l" can be used to select locked *files*, it says that it
can be used to retrieve locked *revisions*, within *files*. It prints
all of the files you specify, but only displays the revision
information for the revisions locked by the people in the list you
give it.
The program is behaving as the man page claims it should.
