On my VS3100 running 6.4R, this sequence reliably hangs:
Toto>unsetenv TERM
Toto>telnet toto
Trying...
Connected to TOTO.MIT.EDU.
Escape character is '^]'.
The new telnet that passes the terminal type INSISTS on having that
terminal type. This is a problem...
