What were you trying to do?
Use 'S' to save a note to a file.
What's wrong:
If the specified file does not exist, notes doesn't create it.
In fact, there is no way to get notes to create the file --
you have to exit, create an empty file with that name, and
then go back into notes and append to the empty file.
What should have happened:
When you specify a non-existent save file, notes should ask
you if you want to create it, and should create it if you say
yes.
