I've cc'd cfdoming@mit.edu, who seems to have done the most recent bit
of locker maintenance.
The 1.0.6 install was done in mid-July, and I'd be a little surprised if
it was done against 9.4 without any comcomitant bug reports, so I'm a
little surprised that it doesn't seem t owork. If that turns out to be
a testing error, it might be relatively easy to restore functionality
under 9.3 by replacing the i386_rhel3 and sun4x_59 arch directory trees
with ones which only contain the 1.0.6 version.
