This is my best guess, but I believe that in the original state, there
was only a single partition (/dev/hda1) of partition type 7 (NTFS).
This is what the partition was recreated as.
Here's the output of the sfdisk command as the drive is right now:

I would presume that during the install, /dev/hda1 waas the same, and
the other lines didn't exist.
