This bug has been fixed in the dev cell installer volume, and will be
released to the athena cell after a bit more testing.  (Briefly, the
semantics of /proc/partitions changed between kernel releases, breaking
the installer script in some subtle ways.)

Thanks for reporting it, and my apologies for the delay in finding a fix.
