So, OLC has had 3 reports of users who claim that all of sudden they
can no longer send mail. I think this might be related to 9.2.28/29
going out. The first two users were using Mozilla, the third was
using Athena pine. I failed to properly document the first case,
since I thought it was a standard case of Mozilla eating its own
preferences. The second case is in the queue and I am attempting to
get more info, specifically on which machine(s) the problem occurs and
the klist output. The third case (pine) was over the phone, and that
case is that upon sending mail, pine claims that the posting command
(sendmail) failed. I had the user run klist, and indeed there were no
smtp/whatever tickets in the cache. (She did have a valid krb5 tgt
and had obtained krb5 tickets for other services)

What additional information would be useful to gather in debugging
this? sendmail logs? Running pine in debug mode?

-Jon
