What were you trying to do?
       N/A

What's wrong:

       Usernames which differ only in case, (e.g. Foo and foo) are
       getting assigned different queues ( Foo[0] and foo[0] ).  This
       can be triggered by, say, an email with the 'from' address set
       to 'Foo@mit.edu' instead of 'foo@mit.edu'.

What should have happened:

       Both usernames should have been canonicalized to 'foo' and
       transactions originating from usernames that differ only in
       case should be put in the same queue.
