No joy. The problem persists as before, and keys don't repeat. I see in the
console:
16:53 Setting up environment...
16:53 Starting sawfish window manager...
16:53 No value set for `/apps/panel/profiles/default/general/panel_id_list'
16:53 Detected broken panel config, reverting to defaults
There is no /apps on this machine, but I don't think there should be...
