Carter: from the timestamps and file sizes in
/afs/athena.mit.edu/system/config/panel, it looks like you accidentally
overwrote menus-9.1.tar with a tarfile of the menus-9.2 directory. Can
you regenerate the 9.1 tarfile?
Ike: hopefully this will be fixed within the next couple of days.
