We don't yet know what his problem with mouse sensitivity is, but I've
been able to reproduce the "control center doesn't run from clicking
the menu item" error on merriweather (linux) and kuzco (sun) in the
OLC office. For now, there's the workaround of running gnomecc from
the command line, but it doesn't make sense to have a non-working item
on the menu, and furthermore, it used to work. Incidentally, it seems
to work fine on a 9.2 testing machine.
