Sun window madness. I go back and forth between the Sun and Linux versions
of Mozilla regularly, and I've noticed the Sun version has a problem the
equivalent Linux version does not - it tends to have problems with
capturing and processing mouse actions. For example, sometimes mouse
clicks work on the ketchup-bottle system - no response to any clicks, and
then they all get processed at once. Ditto window-dragging or resizing,
which is anything but smooth on Suns. I suspect that what you have is
related to this, and it's harder to do in Mozilla 1.1 because they've
improved the handler for that (in response to several reported Sun
complaints).

1.1 should be available on infoagents Any Day Now, but as you've noted, if
you go slowly you should be able to avoid the problem even in 1.0.
