software problem

since the beginning of last week, we can not load software on the IBM
intellistations that we are deploying.
it asks for the I P address like it should goes through the normal install
then when it gets to the point of " installing rpms" it doesn't go any
further.
any help would be great.
also we have a customer we have been dealing with as well Juan Vargas may
have sent mail on this, the customer is in 3e9 on the 3rd fl. we can't get
his sparc 5 to come back on line and his new dell gx150 tower won't take
the software as well the name of the system is titilayo
this problem also needs some attention.
