Local netscape inherits that message from the infoagents 'netscape'
wrapper. Any suggestions on what it might say instead? The message happens
not just when the platform directory is missing (where I admit it's pretty
useless) but also when that VERSION of netscape is unavailable for the
platform (but others are) - its intended primary purpose.
