local netscape breakage?

A user had trouble starting netscape on w20-575-109, reporting
"Netscape 4.78 is not available on this Solaris workstation."
[ This is a singularly useless error message, and should be fixed,
I think. ]
It turned out that /var/athena/infoagents/arch/sun4x_58 existed
but was empty. I'm not sure what would cause that, but presuambly
it's a bug or limitation in the mirroring script?
I moved it aside to /var/athena/infoagents.broken.
