Hi Tom,
Sorry about this; it turns out that even after fixing
/etc/rmmount.conf, there's a bug in /usr/sbin/rmmount that makes
automounting of cds not work. Sun doesn't have a patch for this one
yet, but using the pre-patch rmmount binary seems to work.
Can you try installing /mit/zacheiss/rmmount as
/usr/sbin/rmmount on the machine where you're having problems and
confirm it works?
