Does it actually break? I have to admit I only tried it on an IS linux
machine. I also find it hard to believe that some doesn't have a
supported version of Netscape for Redhat 5.2.
It's not entirely unreasonable to think the IS might want to have multiple
version of netscape in the infoagents locker; they could, say, freeze-dry
the netscape version for older linuces and stop maintaining it for them.
It's not like they're short of disk space or anything.
Really, I'll be happy if this gets fixed for next term, esp. given that
SIPB is (planning to?) desupport the redhat 5.2-based release at the end of
IAP.
