IIRC, the version you suggest requires glibc 2.1, which means it
breaks on machines running the SIPB release based on Red Hat 5.2.
Given that that release is still (nominally) supported, it would be
poor to break Netscape for it, so your plan would require more work
for the infoagents maintainers than you might think.
