What were you trying to do?
interrupt and/or abort evaluation of an expression in a
notebook using the menubar Kernel > Interrupt and
Kernel > Abort
What's wrong:
Mathematica always refuse to stop the evaluation.
The only way to interrupt the evaluation is to leave
the Kernel, but it takes a lot of time to reload it.
What should have happened:
The evaluation should stop. Mathematica actually does
it on other systems of my knowledge.
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
I don't know, maybe the istallation istructions of
Mathematica.
