Access the zone cell
What's wrong:
/usr/vice/etc/CellSrvDB has the old entries for the zone cell.
This is most likely because /etc/athena/config_afs didn't get run
What should have happened:
When my laptop ran AFS for the first time, it should have run config_afs
to get the latest VLDB servers. For some reason, it didn't
