I don't actualyl think this is true. The kerberos purge that
corresponds to last January's user purge has happened, which means
that anyone who wasn't purged was left around for a reason. Based on
recent discussions with Jeff, I think the two main reasons for this
are that the user still has unexpired certificates, or that they have
had purchasing authority in SAP. More details are undoubtedly
available from Jeff.
