What were you trying to do?
	Run zwrite.

What's wrong:
	Ever since the new Athena release (perhaps it doesn't
date back quite that far (Nov. 17), but it's close), zwrite will
hang briefly before giving the "Type your message now." banner.
This occurs if it's been a significant (perhaps on the order of
a minute or two) amount of time since the last zwrite.  Otherwise
it's nearly instantaneous.

What should have happened:
	Zwrite's response time shouldn't be dependent on when the
last time you sent a zephyrgram was.  

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
	This is a new problem.  What changed?
