The machine began reactivating at some point before your login wrote
out a utmp entry, and got to this point in reactivate after the
session record was written out.
We've had this race condition since the beginning of time as far as I
know; various things can and do go wrong when someone logs in during a
reactivate. I don't have a specific proposal for fixing it.
