Ah...I am familiar with the race...in the past it manifested as gettign you
logged in, but with no tickets since they were cleaned out of /tmp after you
got them.
The difference with this is that it persists until the next reactivate, which
could be an arbitrary amount of time if other users log in. What cleanup does
login do regarding the temporary homedir after the users logs out...maybe that
is something to consider.
