The modem locker hasn't been touched a whole lot since I made some
changes this year, so we don't know the whole history of the locker.
However, since the "kermit.new" binaries are dated November of 1992,
the sun "kermit" binaries are dated July of 1993, and there is only
one set of kermit sources in the locker right now, I tend to believe
that the sun "kermit" is probably as or more up to date than the
Ultrix "kermit.new".
