What were you trying to do?
Run htmlview without a netscape already running,
and expecting it to behave the same way it does
when there is a netscape.
What's wrong:
When there is not already a netscape, htmlview starts
one but @i(waits for it to finish). Normally, it shoves
off the URL onto the running netscape and exits immediately.
What should have happened:
htmlview should exit once it starts up netscape.
This would be helpful when, say, metamail or a window manager
uses it, since otherwise they hang until you exit the netscape
(or kill htmlview).
Please describe any relevant documentation references:
Source of htmlview doesn't indicate whether this is
desired behavior or not; I think it's a bug, and am
willing to fix it, but am doing this to try out sendbug.
