Hotline Notes Blown Away

Hi -
Basically hotline notes are getting blown away when you either
try to move them to resolve, update the note or attach the note
as a response to an existing note.
I am usually log'd on to a Sun system, and my .startup.X brings
hotline notes up:
xterm -fn 9x15bold -fg white -bg Blue1 -cr red +sb -geometry 85x58+497+25 -e /usr/athena/bin/rlogin hector&
if I just log in and try to do something in hotline the note
hangs up and I have to kill the window 1/2 the time the note
gets blown away if not more often, restarting hotline and then
change the fonts to large ctrl-R mouse button most of the
time this fix's the problem for the session that Im log'd into.
If you all could deal with this as a priority I'd appreciate it.
