So far, no one has suggested how we could collect more information.

I'd suggest powercycle--I think you'll have to use the small inset
reset button.

You can check last and talk to the people who were using them last.
They may report they were using frame, xmh, exmh (or something else).

We've had reports that reseating the memory seems to help with this.
I wouldn't recommend doing that unless these machines seem to repeat
this failure.
