Interestingly enough, the Moira binary which gets installed
in /usr/athena/bin/moira as part of the sipb linux-athena
install does not have this problem. It's dated 8/20/1996.
When I installed the moira rpm on my laptop though, I got a
shell script which points me to the locker so I'm sol if I'm
off the network... very strange.
