The NetBSD version has always had this problem. I looked at the code
(/mit/moiradev/src/clients/moira/menu.c), but I don't grok curses
enough to know what's wrong with it. I'm forwarding this to bugs in
case anyone else feels like investigating. :)
Oh, and you can run `moira -nomenu' to have it not use curses (and
then use `?' to redisplay menus if they go off the screen).

Subject: linux moira client display problems
The linux Moira client in the Moira locker appears
to have problems dealing with terminal control.
I frequently have to redisplay with ^L and some
menus fail to redisplay when you return to them.
EG: go to eh host/alias menu then return to the
host menu using "r".
