There's a problem with the permissions in the /usr/athena/lib/tex/macros
tree. Not all the files in the tree are readable. Such as all but one
style file in the /usr/athena/lib/tex/macros/latex directory. This
permission problems exist on the syspacks, by the way.
Why is this a problem? I guess Nathan just copied the entire tree over
onto sundial where the tree isn't under AFS and no one can LaTeX their
files on sundial. (A user on OLC was trying to run latex and it wasn't
finding article.sty)
