Lost header info -- won't "reply"

Dear Techmail Bugs Fixers:
I have been using Techmail 2.3a5 for a month or so without problem, but
in the last few days I've encountered the following problem.
The program retrives new mail and places it in the Inbox in the normal
manner. But the Inbox window shows only ????? under the Date field, and
nothing at all in the From/To field.
I can open the message and read it without problem. But when I click on
"Reply," the new message that appears on the screen leaves the To: field
blank.
I re-installed Techmail 2.2 and this problem goes away.
I have a Power Macintosh 7100/80 running System 7.5.1.
