System name: sloop
Type and version:	SPARC/Classic 7.7U (1 update(s) to same version)
Display type: cgthree

What were you trying to do?
Just finished loading up a document, and using the page down keys to scan over
the document.

What's wrong:
The entire document and framemaker program disappeared from the screen.
When I restart framemaker form scratch, and try to reload the same document,
I get the message that the document is already in use (making reference to the
one I just opened and then crashed)

What should have happened:
Simply go a few pages down

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
I've had this about 3-4 times in the last 10 days. It always happens just
after I've loaded up an existing document and use the page down keys to
scan the document.
I get the following error message in my console window:
09:15 DPS/X Error: Extension has not been initialized.
