The 60R packs in W20 contain an old version of /usr/athena/lib/init/set_path
(which is really on the srvd). This version does not have /srvd/patch in the
path:

set athena_path = ( /usr/athena /bin/athena /usr/bin/X /usr/new \
/usr/new/mh/bin /usr/ucb /bin /usr/bin )
All other packs that I checked (including W20 RT 6.0R) had v. 1.3 of the same
file, including /srvd/patch.
