What were you trying to do?
I'm trying to use the eject command on a SPARCstation 5
What's wrong:
If it so happens that there is no disk in the drive, the eject
command hangs for a very very long time. For example, I try the eject
command on startup just in case someone leaves a disk behind. My
console window (ie. my .startup.X) hung for about 27 minutes. I don't
know if actions that I took in my xterm caused it to restart or not.
What should have happened:
On the older Suns, it says "No default media available" after
about 2 seconds.
