Hello,

I looked at your bug report and verified the problem. I removed the 
duplicated function browser shortcut so cmd-y now only pulls down the
Style Menu. I looked into making a new shortcut for the Function
Browser but could not make it work correctly; for now this is the
best we can do (the pull-down menus do work correctly).
