Hi Erik,
Thank you for your bug report, though I sorry that you are having problems
with FrameMaker. We are aware that Frame sometimes crashes, but thus far
have not had much luck in duplicating the problem so that we can report
and/or fix it. If you have any additional information which would help me
to duplicate the problem, please let me know.
In the meantime, if this happens to you, check for a file in your directory
with the name of your frame maker document plus a .recover extension. When
Frame crashes, it attempts to write out the file as it last existed so
that you don't lose any work.
