What were you trying to do?
Run frame (more specifically FrameViewer, to view the Frame on
Athena document from Help), with portmap not running.

Also, just run plain ol' frame by itself.

What's wrong:
It says that portmap is in /etc/portmap in the message
	FrameViewer puts in the xterm.

Running just frame gives this, more factually correct
but probably much less useful, message:
Cannot register service: RPC: Timed out
A user came into SIPB with a similar problem, on a RS/6000 220,
except that it was also spewing all over his console as well.

What should have happened:
It should say portmap, at least on the RS/6000s, is in
	/usr/etc/portmap.

A useful message should appear when regular frame is run without
	portmap.

Please describe any relevant documentation references:
None, in OLH anyway. I suppose this is a bug too. (Well maybe
there are some in the Frame/Athena doc, which I haven't
read. This isn't really good if you need to run Frame to view
the document which tells you how to run Frame...)
