While I'm not generally opposed to right-click menus, I do not think we
need one in this case.  There are several things that could be put
there ("kill" and "lower" come to mind), but I think there're icky and
I don't think we need them.  Putting xkill under the gnome menu covers
"kill"---destroy is a sufficiently infrequent operation that putting it
slightly out of the way is not a problem.  I think "lower" is almost
always the wrong thing to do; you want to raise the window on the
bottom, not lower the one on top.  If users really want "lower", that's
what sawmill-ui is for.
