I suspect you'll also want to replace the SIPB fuzzball logo with an IS&T
one (but perhaps not the owl with the Debian swirl on it).
I wonder whether we could have use a script that checked which you had in
your sources.list and computed the name and logo to use appropriately, to
avoid having to split the package at all.
