debathena-lprng wasn't building on dapper or feisty; I fixed both
problems.
debathena-lprng now fixes the cron job to be quiet when /etc/printcap
doesn't exist.
I've made debathena-lprng-config depend on debathena-lprng | lprng,
and stop recommending debathena-lprng-no-server-config. Debathena
people will probably want to build the debathenified lprng before
rebuilding and updating debathena-lprng-config.
I haven't done anything to remove debathena-lprng-no-server-config
from existing machines. It's harmless but perhaps it should be
cleaned up with a provides/conflicts, either in debathena-lprng-config
or in debathena-lprng.
This completes the implementation of my plan, but it isn't really
tested yet. I should be able to do that this week.
