Like I said on zephyr, and like I don't feel like more than summarizing
here, I think we're at a point that we need to fundamentally sit down
and think about how package selection and metapackages work on Debathena.

That being said, if we continue to try and stretch the current model, I
think it would be potentially reasonable for -clients to not touch your
system, and have -standard divert and configure stuff. We'd want to move
a few other packages (i.e. -printing-config) into -standard if we do that.
